Our process
CREDIT & DEBT MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Debt management education will be offered to all identified consumers/Employees.
CREDIT HEALTH ASSESSMENT
A one on one consultation with each identified consumer to assess their household budget, payslip, bank statements and credit bureau report. The assessment will provide insight into the credit health of each consumer and the strategies required to be implemented to rehabilitate them.
ONE ON ONE COACHING
Each consumer will receive detailed feedback on their credit health assessment and will be assisted to draw up a debt rehabilitation plan with identified tasks and milestones to be achieved with the assistance of BATLHEHILE DEBT AID consultant.
DEBT RELIEF OPTIONS
Where any illegalities relating to debt review status without consent , lack of affordability , incorrect information on credit bureaus and arrears BTL Debt Aid will resolve these matters through Mediation
REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT
BATLHEHILE DEBT AID will provides management with a detailed report on types of problems identified in the credit health assessment as well as progress and impact reports.
About Us
Mr. Steven Monareng, the director of BTL Debt Aid is a registered debt counselor and a mediator who’s worked for a number of mediation and Debt Review companies including The National Debt Mediation Association as an ADR Agent and Ithuseng Credit Solutions. His career path in the credit/finance industry commenced with Nedbank as a Field collector. His extensive knowledge in credit and consumer protection ensures that BTL Debt Aid is able to offer the best information/education and solutions to consumers. His experience in the credit /finance and consumer protection industry spans more than 10 years.
BTL Debt Aid administrative and financial department is led by a very innovative, hard as a nail, ambitious Lesego Chiloane whose been in the industry for over 8 years. She has managed the wellness campaigns for well-known Casinos including Sun International and Tsogo Sun. She holds a Diploma in Financial Management with Damelin and Administrative certificate with Intec.
